It all started with posh steak & chips! 🥩

A few years ago, Kristen’s parents enjoyed our posh steak & chips at @thecowshedcrail, and it clearly made an impression. So when it came to Kristen & Reece’s wedding, the request was simple…

“We have to have that steak & those chips for 100 guests, please!” 🙏🏻

How could we say no?!

What a privilege to cater at the beautiful @errolparkestate, with its views across rolling hills to the River Tay 🌿 The sun was out, the @adbarandcatering tuk-tuk bar was popping in the garden alongside our canapés, and the stunning Stables Dining Room was made for our part-plated menu and sharing sides. Eton mess all round to finish! 🍓

A huge thank you to @adbarandcatering for looking after the bar day & night and trusting us with the hire your kitchen equipment, and a special mention to Rodney, the star of the table numbers 🐾

A little look at the spread we created in the beautiful New House Farm milking parlour for Harriet & Rich’s night-before celebration.

What a brilliant space for an evening gathering! The buffet was set up inside the milking parlour, with plenty of room for everyone to help themselves, catch up and enjoy the food before spilling outside into the sunshine.

☀️ Freshly cut lawns, games on the grass, music, laughter and family and friends coming together to kick-start the wedding weekend in the best possible way.

Chef Michael created a generous cold fork buffet, piled high with flavour-packed meats, vibrant salads and delicious accompaniments. Relaxed, generous, feel-good food made for sharing, chatting and going back for seconds!

And the coronation chicken? Let’s just say it’s STILL being talked about! 🙌🏻

A special mention to Emily at @tailsandtrails.carlisle, who did an amazing job looking after Reggie & Max, the stars of the show 🐾

These are the events we absolutely LOVE. Relaxed, full of personality, great food and even better company.

Sometimes all you need is your favourite people, a beautiful space, a table full of delicious food and a reason to celebrate 🥂
