Our menus are crafted uniquely for each couple, so pricing varies depending on your choices. We create realistic, transparent costings that reflect your selected dishes, style of service, and overall budget. This helps ensure your catering feels personal, flexible, and tailored to your day.
Equipment hire, set-up costs, and staffing are itemised based on your venue layout, kitchen facilities, and what your location provides. We price your menu per head so everything clearly reflects the items you’ve selected. Whether it’s a barn, marquee, tipi, or countryside setting, we make sure your catering package is accurate and easy to understand.
Once your draft menu and costings are agreed, a 50% deposit is required to secure your date in our calendar. Four weeks before your event, we’ll gather your final guest numbers, dietary requirements, timings, and the outstanding balance. This gives us everything we need to prepare your seasonal food to the highest standard.
We provide catering across Cumbria, the Lake District, and Southern Scotland, travelling to homes, barns, farms, tipis, marquees, and established venues. If your celebration is slightly further afield, just ask — we’re happy to discuss your location.
